In order to streamline support requests, complaints about any services such as Mobile Services, Internet Services, Radio Frequency Spectrum Services and to better serve you, we at CCK utilize a support ticket system. Every support and complaints request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Firstly, all complaints should be directed to a respective Operator, Mobile Phone Operator, ISP and WISP to be resolved, unresolved complaints within 5 working days should be then brought to CCK's attention. The commission shall endeavor to resolve a consumer complaints that meets the conditions of rule 21 within a period not to exceed 30 days. CCK will surely find best solutions to your satisfaction.

A telephone number and a valid email address is required to submit a ticket and register a user account with us. This account will be used to lodge all your complaints and also to check the status of your tickets. Your email account will be used to send replies on the status of your tickets.
