In order to streamline support requests, complaints about any services such as Mobile Services, Internet Services, Radio Services and better serve you, we at CCK utilize a support ticket system. Every support and complaints request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

All complaints should be directed to a respective Operator to be resolved, unresolved complaints within 5 working days should be then brought to CCK. We will then try and find best solutions to your satisfaction.
